Installing your Reno Kitchen Doors is designed to be simple, especially as our doors come predrilled for hinges to make fitting quicker and more accurate.

Before you start, make sure you have a screwdriver or drill, a tape measure, a pencil, a spirit level, and your hinges (standard concealed kitchen cabinet hinges).

Begin by unpacking your door and checking the predrilled hinge holes. These are already positioned to standard industry measurements, so your hinges should slot straight into place without any measuring or drilling into the door itself.

Fix the hinge cups into the predrilled holes on the back of the door and secure them tightly with screws. Once both hinges are attached, position the hinge mounting plates inside your cabinet carcass. If you are replacing old doors, you can usually reuse the existing hinge plate positions if they match.

Lift the door into place and align it carefully with the cabinet frame. Make sure the gaps at the top, bottom, and sides are even, and use a spirit level to keep everything straight. It can help to support the door from underneath while you fix it in position.

Once aligned, screw the hinge plates securely into the cabinet. Start with one screw per hinge, check the alignment, then fully tighten once you are happy with the position.

Finally, adjust the hinges using the built-in adjustment screws. This allows you to fine-tune the door position up, down, left, right, and in or out so your kitchen runs are perfectly aligned and consistent.

Finish by opening and closing the door several times to ensure smooth movement and make any final small adjustments if needed. Your Reno Kitchen Door is now securely fitted and ready to use.
